CARE-NMD in Bulgaria

The University Hospital Alexandrovska and the Bulgarian Neuromuscular Disorders Society are currently performing an international survey of people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and their families.

This is part of the CARE-NMD project, funded by the European Union, which aims to improve the quality of life and life expectancy of people affected by DMD.

Your answers will help us get an idea of your quality of life, and the quality of care you receive. This information will be used to identify issues that could be improved, for example through specialised training for medical professionals.

All information provided will be analyzed anonymously, and treated as strictly confidential. The data will be used for the CARE-NMD project and its purposes only.
